Pregnancy Yoga Class Reviews
I really enjoyed Nicki's classes and have attended from 14 weeks to the 39th week of my pregnancy - a testimonial in itself. The classes encompassed relaxation and breathing techniques to use through pregnancy and labour which were very useful. Nicki is an excellent teacher and would help in any way she could during the class and afterwards, sending further information on certain conditions, e.g. Breech presentation. The yoga class was wonderful. It was really useful to learn about staying comfortable and flexible whilst pregnant. The class gave me time in my week to stop, relax and think about my body and health as well as my babies.
Nicki was really great and linked all the moves and advice to pregnancy or labour. This has built my confidence as a first time mum, and I hope to remember some of stratgeries that she has suggested in the weeks leading up to labour and through out the birth process.
" Foxglove was born just over a month ago, labor and birth went really well ( she was born just 40 mins after our arrival into the birth centre). I really think your classes contributed to my feeling of calm during pregnancy and before I went into labor, especially as having a toddler it is often difficult to find any "me time". I felt physically prepared as well, and after I started you classes my pelvic pain went right down! I used many of the positions we went over in class during labor. I always really looked forward to my Saturday morning treat, and would highly recommend your pregnancy yoga! Thank you very much.
