Private 1-2-1 Yoga Medicine Sessions
A private session can be tailored to your specific needs, whether you may be experiencing one or more of the following problems in your everyday life: stress, anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder (such as an experience of a traumatic birth), panic attacks and insomnia.
Typically a session would between 60 to 75 minutes long. Sessions are accessible to everybody regardless of physical ability or experience of yoga. A short series of sessions may be appropriate for a variety of needs or specific needs and goals - a sliding scale is available when needed and discounts are available when signing up for 4 or more classes..
Yoga Medicine sessions are available in Stroud and Bristol.
Skype Yoga Medicine Sessions
If you feel it may be challenging to attend 1-2-1 sessions or you have a busy schedule, Skype sessions offer you more flexibility and you may also benefit from practicing in comfort of your own home.

I contacted Nicki for YOGA MEDICINE as I was feeling a lot of grief and stress, as I went through a traumatic bereavement and relocation. My first session of MyoFascial Release (MFR) with Nicki was profound. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I had read about how MFR can help with many health problems. The treatment took into account all of my body symptoms and worked to balance me. I felt deep release in areas where I hold tension. There was a significant letting go across parts of my body which came with relief. I believe treatments that approach the person as a whole and work towards balance are the most worthwhile. Having a series of sessions has been incredibly insightful and healing. The remedies Nicki gave me in between appointments I believe have made my healing even more powerful.

The remote yoga sessions have been tailored made for me which was fantastic. Nicki is extremely attentive to making the session really work for me. Having ME I found Nicki's sessions a real cornerstone to my week. I have done loads of yoga previously but, since struggling with fatigue and pain I have had to stop going to other classes as I simply didn't have the stamina, and ended up making my back pain worse.
